Description

We have the following unrelocated packages in phoenix-client:

• javax.annotation
• javax.inject
• javax.validation
• javax.xml

We have seen at least javax.validation causing problems for applications.

Investigate if any of these need to be unrelocated for the JDBC functionality, and relocate what we can.
