Description

Metrics are attempted to be setup twice during this path which causes an exception to be thrown.

Recreation:
Adding 

 

props.put("phoenix.query.request.metrics.enabled","true");
 

To the CursorLifecycleCompile() method in CursorCompilerTest and running the test.
