    Description

      Once we are able to generate delete mutations using the child view and parent PTable, we should send the mutations directly from the client to the endpoint coprocessor on SYSTEM.CHILD_LINK rather than doing a server-server RPC from the SYSTEM.CATALOG region to the SYSTEM.CHILD_LINK region.
