Description

The current implementation of the toString method of EncodedQualifiersColumnProjectionFilter returns an empty string. Having a proper implementation helps during debugging. Please see some other Filter classes, to get an idea on how to implement this, e.g., SingleColumnValueFilter, SkipScanFilter, and PrefixFilter.
