Description

Current implementation of phoenix guideposts cache has certain limitations and is not easy for production use cases. I am attaching a design document to this Jira, which highlights these aspects of the cache and the potential solutions to mitigate them. These improvements should be taken as child Jira's under this umbrella Jira.
