Description

Currently the PHERF constraint LOG_PER_NROWS is set to 1M. It is not configurable (cannot be overiden for our pherf testing purposes)

Creating this 'improvement' issue to add the LOG_PER_NROWS property to PHERF.properties file so that we could configure the value to display log line after every 'N' row load. This fix will help us to provide the execution time of upserts after each 'N' rows. This will be used for PHERF performance testing and baselining for our use cases.
