    Description

      We collect many client-side metrics[1] for Phoenix statements. We should enable returning the more detailed server-side HBase scan metrics (through Scan.setScanMetricsEnabled(true) and Scan.getScanMetrics()), and then incorporate these into our client-side metrics.
