Description

In order to support Pherf scenarios that write and read from multi-tenant views it would be useful to add ddl attribute at the scenario level. This DDL would get run before the workload ran. This would provide a nice hook to create a mulit-tenant view that we are going to read and write from. This is analogous to how Pherf allows ddl to be created at the querySet level for enabling multi-tenant reads.
