[PDFBOX-5853] the PDDocument.documentId does not seem to be written into the flat byteStream

Description

writing a PDDocument does not seem to include the documentId. The field is looked at in COSWriter (and mixed into some md5sum), but it is not explicitly written.

Upon restoring the PDDocument from byteStream, the field documentId contains null.

Is that the expected behaviour?
