Description

We no longer have preflight in PDFBox 4.0 so the check is missing. I'm adding a check with VeraPDF so that we know our software works properly, inspired by
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/78474081 . I'm adding that check to the lower versions as well so that we don't trust preflight only.
