[PDFBOX-5811] Split aborts with broken destinations

Description

Because of PDFBOX-5809 and because we had splitter related regressions in the past I decided to split all our 250000 corpus PDFs. Some files of the US GAO have broken destinations (these "destinations" really contains GoToActions), which results in splitting failing because of "Error: can't convert to Destination COSDictionary...". It isn't useful to abort these, lets disable the destination instead.
