[PDFBOX-5474] Attachment file name incorrectly rendered if foreign alphabet is used

Description

Files with a name in a foreign alphabet have their names not correctly rendered when attached to pdf.

Tried both approaches below.  Using `setFileUnicode` preserves the file extension at least, while the first option doesn't.
