Description

While investigating the attached SO question I found that there's some uncommitted code related to PDFBOX-4080 on my computer: the PDDocument object isn't passed to the constructor of the annotation handler in PDAnnotationMarkup and PDAnnotationTextMarkup in the 2.0 branch. This results in the improvement by Ghenadii Batalski not getting used
