[PDFBOX-4395] Accent positioning in Type1 fonts

Description

When viewed in PDFBox Debugger, the accents in the attached PDFs are in wrong position.

I have a patch to fix this. The asb argument specifies the left side bearing of the accent glyph. It must be subtracted from the x coordinate.
