[PDFBOX-4107] NPE at PDFMergerUtility

I just put an eval for null at the line 743.
All the documents are valid (at least I can open them with Adobe Acrobat)

Description

If I merge several documents at get an:

 

java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.apache.pdfbox.multipdf.PDFMergerUtility.mergeAcroForm(PDFMergerUtility.java:743)
at org.apache.pdfbox.multipdf.PDFMergerUtility.appendDocument(PDFMergerUtility.java:390)
at org.apache.pdfbox.multipdf.PDFMergerUtility.mergeDocuments(PDFMergerUtility.java:266)
