Incorrect page after merge for OpenAction with GoTo page destination

    Description

      Merge the attached file with itself. Open the result file with PDFDebugger and look at Root/OpenAction/D/[0]. The page there has the object number 3. However a look at the page tree shows that the pages have the object numbers 6 and 7.
