    Description

      Some (mostly older) files have Widget Annotations but there is no AcroForms/Fields entry. PDFBox doesn't recognize these as form fields where Adobe Acrobat recognizes handles that. For a sample see PDFBOX-2003 and PDFBOX-3586.
