PDFRenderer.renderImage produces black margins for scale < 1.0 or DPI < 72

    Description

      Since upgrade from 2.0.0 RC3 to 2.0.2 PDFRenderer.renderImage produces black margin (right and buttom) when scale parameter < 1.0f or DPI < 72.

      With scale >= 1 or DPI >= 72 rendering works fine.
