[PDFBOX-1020] Can't read embedded font YDLRUT+ArialMT

Description

On all PDF reports of our application we get the following (or similar) errors.

The reports are based on Arial with Unicode. Renders fine on Adobe Acrobat and similar products. However, the resulting png is in a different font.

Messages:

[java] WARNING: Changing font on < > from <Arial Bold> to the default font

To reproduce:
1. Extract zip.
2. Start tst.ksh.
