CMake try to compile libparquet with a static version of libthrift on Debian

    Description

      When we build parquet-cpp using an extern Thrift (compiled with -fPIC) seems that cmake is trying to compile libparquet.so with libthrift.a.

      Thrift version: 0.10.0
      Boost: 1.55.0
