Description

If one replaces an injection target on the ProcessInjectionTarget event, the replaced injection target is never called. This causes the Solder XML configuration to fail.

A test case that illustrates this is attached to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OWB-667 (testInvocationOfProcessInjectionTarget() ). It works with weld, but not in Open Web Beans.
