Description

I would be nice, if OWB supports Servlet API 2.4, e. g. to run with WebSphere 6.1.
It can be implemented with low effort.

Some classes uses the new function ServletContext.getContextPath() for logging and giving a thread a useful name.

Solution: Adding a utility class, and call servletContext.getServletContextName() in the case of Servlet API 2.4
