    Description

      After running the open web beans install on Tomcat 8.0.26 the app fails to start with a ClassNotFoundException for OpenWebBeansWebPlugin. This class does not appear in the 1.6.2 distrubution of openwebbeans-spi but it does in 1.5.0.
