Description

A couple of patches have gone in to Hive's storage-api and orc modules since we pulled the code over, so we need to resync:

• HIVE-13682
• HIVE-13686

Since hive 2.0.1 is about to get released, I plan to make a release with the updates to storage-api as hive 2.0.2. Therefore, I've made the pre-release version labeled as 2.0.2-pre-orc, which maven will replace with 2.0.2 once it is released.
