Description

OpenNLP references an outdated version of the forbidden-apis maven plugin, that is version 3.4. The most version 3.5.1 resolves several bugs and improves support for newer JDK versions - details see:

Aim:

• Modernize forbidden-apis to latest version 3.5.1
• Add support for Java 20 and Java 21 bytecode compatibility
