Description

With https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENNLP-1424 the @ThreadSafe annotation was introduced within OpenNLP.

Aim of this issue is to investigate current classes and declare them with @ThreadSafe, if they can be savely used in an concurrent setting.

An example for a @ThreadSafe class would be
