Description

Go to http://demo.dataved.ru/openmeetings/signin?5 and click on "Not a member" button as user with Asia/Novosibirsk (GMT+7) time zone. Observe selected time zone. The "Europe/Berlin" time zone is selected.
The GMT+7 time zone should be selected.
