Description

SendSMS flag is not stored during the backup.

How to reproduce:

1. Set phone and "SMS" flag for some user; configure sms sending module correctly. Now user receives meeting reminders by sms.

2. Backup database by admin and restore again.

Result: "Sms" flag is not restored for the given user. It is turned off.User does not receive sms reminders.
