[OPENMEETINGS-2723] OpenMeetings fails to start

Description

When I follow the installation instructions I can't access the installation website:

https://localhost:5443/openmeetings/install

 

openmeetings.log shows the following error:

Additional notes:

I am using an LXD container with Ubuntu 18.04.

Host system is Manjaro Linux.

 

Exact steps:

1. Launch official Ubuntu image on LXD.
2. Install Kurento according to official docs.
3. Download and extract openmeetings files.
4. Run bin/startup.sh
5. Try to access website.
