[OPENMEETINGS-2360] Android/Mobile view doesn't work - Settings dialog does not work

Description

In the mobile/touch version following icons don't work:

• Settings dialog

You can close it

You can't actually click and write anything into the text input.

So actually you can't edit any settings using this dialog right now on Touch surface.

I know the reason why. But because the ui-dialogs are all slightly different I probably will have to fix one by one.
