Hello ! I start a video conference, a separate window appears with my face and sound. As it should be. After about a minute or less, the image of my face in the window disappears and at that moment the message "Media server connection for user firstname lastname is failed, will try to re-connect" appears in the lower right corner. After a few seconds, the image of my face appears again in the window. And so it happens every minute. It was noticed (see attached files) that the disappearance of the image coincides with the change of my internal IP address to my external IP address on the media server. Please help in solving this problem. If you need additional data, please contact at any time.
