[OPENMEETINGS-1974] Video on WB might be not clickable

Description

Steps:
1) as userA add video to WB
2) move it out of the corner
 
3) as userB enter the same room
4) try to click video to make it movable/playable
Result: video will be movable only if you will click top-left corner of the WB (initial video position before move)
