When User 1 (me) create a new event from the default integrated calendar, and set the following key values, just showned as attached newevent.png

Attendees: zhou multhread with email 22016709@qq.com

Notification type: iCal email
But when the users receive the invitation, the meeting time is NOT expected as me.
User 1 (me) receive it via Outlook, just showned as attached user1invitation.png
the stated meeting time is
Start: Nov 17, 2017 5:00:00 PM
End: Nov 17, 2017 6:00:00 PM
but the calendar meeting time is
2017/11/18 Sat 9:00-10:00 (this is NOT expected)
User 2 (another guy) receive it via IE browser, just showned as attached user2invitation.png
the stated meeting time is
Start: Nov 17, 2017 5:00:00 PM

no calendar meeting time (this is expected)
From the database table "invitation", the value of column "inserted" is correct with the correct timezone (Etc/GMT+8), but the value of columns "valid_from" and "valid_to" are wrong because they are calculated by another timezone, just showned as attached table.invitation.png
