background music for moderated rooms

    Description

      In moderated rooms without moderator attendees can't "check" that audio is working.
      It would be good, that during the absence of a moderator some kind of audio is played.

      it would be great to have a config option that point to a given file (mp4?) that will be played in infinite loop.
