Description

The following additional functionality need to be added to the Groups:

1. Group logo (displayed in the room)
2. Group tag (displayed in the room as room name prefix)
3. Group limits:
   1. Max files/recording size per group
   2. Recording time-to-live
   3. Recording expiration reminder
   4. Max rooms per group
4. Group moderator need to have limited admin rights for this group
   1. Create/edit group rooms
   2. modify group
   3. add users to the group, modify group users
