Description

Dashboard Chat not disabled when dashboard.show.chat value is 0
In Configuration I have set value to 0 and saved, logged out/in and Chat is still enabled.
In phpmyadmin I can see that configuration option 39 is set to 0
I have set dashboard.show.myrooms to 0 and this does disable correctly.
Please let me know if I have done something wrong or if this is a real bug.
