[OPENMEETINGS-1218] Wrong birthday date is displayed on the User datails at Administration->Users page

Description

When the administrator is opening Administration->Users and selecting any user, the current date is displayed as birthday date.

From user request:
"If I administer the users and look for the birthday, it shows the actual date. If I log in as user, it shows my birthday in profil correct."
