Description

Timer operations are not being properly restricted as required by the spec. For instance, only getTimerService is permitted during ejbCreate. We're currently permitting all Timer operations (e.g. createTimer).

OpenEJB 2.x contained appropriate checking, but it has not yet been ported to 3.0
