Description

When creating a release with the maven release plugin, the release plugin attempts to tag the code.

If using Subversion 1.5 or newer, an issue with copying from the working copy to create a tag (when accessing a http / https repository) will cause the release to fail.

To work around this issue it is necessary to upgrade to m-r-p:2.1 and set remote tagging to true
