Investigate Dozer:

• only for workflows
• whether it's capable of converting between our generated JAXB beans and API artifacts (WorkflowBuilder
  and WorkflowActionBuilder instances)
• decide whether to take the per-configuration or the per-code approach
• what is the minimum level of configuration / coding we have to take when there is a new XSD version
• how we can support multiple XSD versions simultaneously
