[OOZIE-2342] Coordinator docs still mention old SLA system

Description

The Coordinator docs page still mentions the old SLA system, which requires the Yahoo! grid thing.

We should do one of the following:

1. Replace this with updated examples that use the new SLA system
2. Add a big note that this is deprecated and link to the newer SLA docs page
3. Remove the section; we already document the new SLA system elsewhere.
