Description
Currently, checkstyle rules are configured as warning and the pre commit build reports issues like line ending with space, line longer than 132 chars etc. Instead, if checkstyle rules are configured as errors, the local build itself will fail marking the exact line causing violation. This is much easier to fix.
To enable checkstyle rules strictly, we need to fix the existing violations. So, I am going to submit 2 patches:
1. Whole oozie codebase reformatting using idea. This reduces the violations to small number which can be later fixed manually. This will be a huge patch, but doesn't contain any manual changes
2. Fix the remaining checkstyle violations
