Remove the old ssh documentation

    Description

      The documentation currently has info on the ssh action extension: http://oozie.apache.org/docs/3.3.1/DG_SshActionExtension.html
      as well as the old one: http://oozie.apache.org/docs/3.3.1/WorkflowFunctionalSpec.html#a3.2.5_Ssh_Action

      We should remove the old one or at least put a WARNING and a link to the new one.
