[OOZIE-1177] HostnameFilter should only catch UnknownHostException, not Exception

Description

OOZIE-1171 adds some checking to the HostnameFilter that involves handling any Exception. We should change this to only catch UnknownHostException because we wouldn't want to necessarily continue in the case of other types of Exception s.
