Description

• Currently Resource Manager server must have it's policy configuration modified and then the server rebooted for nodes and queues to be modified. This requires all queued jobs to complete before any changes can be made.

• This patch will allow nodes to be added and removed at run-time, as well as adding and removing nodes from queues, and adding and removing queues themselves. However, node and queue modifications made during run-time will not be preserved. Policy files will still have to be modified for changes to be preserved.
