Description

when crawler-launcher is executed with the following parameters:
$ ./crawler-launcher \
--operation -stdPC \
--productPath ../../data/staging \
--filemgrUrl http://localhost:9000 \
--failureDir /tmp \
--actionIds DeleteDataFile MoveDataFileToFailureDir Unique \
--clientTransferer org.apache.oodt.cas.filemgr.datatransfer.LocalDataTransferFactory \
--metFileExtension met

the following error occurs:
ERROR: IOException parsing XML document from file [/home/asumarli/Downloads/deploy-oodt_jplmda/crawler/bin/home/asumarli/Downloads/deploy-oodt_jplmda/crawler/policy/crawler-config.xml]; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: home/asumarli/Downloads/deploy-oodt_jplmda/crawler/policy/crawler-config.xml (No such file or directory)
