Description

The file manager currently uses mime-type detection code that borrowed heavily from Nutch several years ago. As a result of creating our own custom implementation, however, we've been unable to directly benefit from subsequent advances and enhancements from the Nutch and Tika communities.

The custom mime type detection code in the file manager should be removed in favor of using the latest version of Tika
