      Description

Support the ability to run PGE Task Instances on Windows (Cygwin) executable environments.

Currently, executing a PGE Task Instance within a Cygwin [1] (Windows) environment causes runtime exceptions when the PGE script portions (the nodes inside the <exe> node) are executed. The root of this problem is that the script files generated by PGETaskInstance [2] are not properly formatted within the Cygwin environment and thus will not execute. More specifically, the generated script files carry Cygwin-incompatible end-of-line characters.
