Minor Description
In the JPL OODT File Manager User Guide there was a very useful diagram that illustrates in what order processes happen within the File Manager. The goal is to add this image to the Apache OODT File Manager User Guides to help explain the the Client / Server relationship and when certain processes are executed and where.
