    Description

      To support Workflow2 and Wengine, we need the ability to priority sort workflows. To start out with, we'll implement:

      • FILO - first in, last out
      • Highest Priority FIFO - first in, first out, with the ability to boost
      • Highest Priority - user defined priorities, highest one first
